We stayed a whole week. The house had so many amenities available. The price point was awesome for spending a whole week there. My children absolutely loved the house. It was comfortable and quaint. The house was well kept. We would definitely stay there again! The convenience of having a washer and dryer was awesome. The house heated up nicely and kept us comfortable. The fan in the main bedroom was a must.

Ashley's house was great! Cute decor and above and beyond with the little things - snacks, laundry detergent options etc. Having a washer and dryer was super helpful for us! The kids loved the books and games! Ashley was quick to reply and confirm a next day booking request, good communication. Awesome house, would definitely recommend!

Ashley’s place is an older home but I loved the charm, the roominess, and the welcoming front porch! Loved listening to the sounds of quail calling to one another.

Ashley’s place was super comfortable and cozy! Everything was just as described in the listing, very clean and tidy, with everything you might need during your stay. I enjoyed the thoughtful and personal sense of decor, it made the place feel very welcoming! There were many thoughtful touches not mentioned in the listing… some snacks, toiletries, and an entire dresser full of games and puzzles!! Was so good that we stayed the night on our return trip. Very comfortable and homey.

The house is so clean and cosy! It feels like walking into a modern grandmas house. These were so many little touches that made the experience special such as an extra toothbrush and floss and snacks to an adorable decor style. The neighbors were really loud in the night and yelling but other than that our stay was so relaxing and comfortable. Would 100% stay there again!

This is a very cute place, well equipped and located close to supermarket. Great as a hub to tour around the area We got a visit from a deer family!

Great place to stay - we only were there for one night but wouldn't hesitate to retun next time we are in Burns. Unlike other older airbnb homes we've stayed in the inside was updated, but it was still charming and cozy. Home was cool even though it was hot outside. The queen bed was very comfortable and the kids room was great too - there are puzzles and games available! Kitchen had everything we needed (you do need to wash dishes by hand) and there was a comfy recliner/rocker in the livingroom that my kids loved.

Perfect little place to enjoy a quiet evening. So many cute little touches to make us feel at home including snacks, some toys and books for the kids, and a back up toothbrush just in case. When we arrived it was over 100 degrees outside but the house was nicely cooled and ready for us!

I realized when we pulled up to the house that there isn’t a photo of the front of the house, so we were surprised how old and run down it looked, but that seems par the course for Burns. The front porch is scary because it’s sagging so much (so we wouldn’t sit on it), but, otherwise, the house is pretty clean and comfortable. There were snacks in the kitchen that my kids loved, the beds were comfortable, and there were games and toys for the kids to play with. The front yard is super nice to sit in with grass and shade and it was a nice 1 night stop on our trip. Definitely preferred it to a hotel in the area.

Ashley's place was perfect for my family and dog. Everything was clean and comfortable. Loved the coffee and snack options. Definitely would stay again.

Very cozy stay. I was camping in Crane Hot Springs, I broke my ankle while riding a dirt bike. My Injury wasn't camp friendly so my partner and I found this cute spot for the night and It was all I needed! First thing I noticed is was the recliner and couches..:-).

What a perfect place for our stay in Burns. We were only there one night, but it fit our needs exactly. The house was in a nice spot. It was super clean and well stocked. We all slept really well. Ashley was super great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed two different times on the way to and from Idaho, and it was perfect for what we needed. We were not bothered, the beds were clean, and the best part was the toiletry items and snacks that were left for us by the host. It was so nice to have things available in case we forgot them. Much appreciated!

Ashley is a top notch host! She has thought of everything and provides so many little touches that make you feel taken care of and right at home. My kids loved the snacks to provided and having eggs in the fridge made breakfast a breeze. She even mailed us something we left there on accident. All was wonderful!

Parking is on the street, which is the only caution I'd give. The path from the street to the car is bumpy so for those who need direct access beware of it. Other than that its a cute house that my family and I would gladly stay at again. Please note it is minutes from restaurants, a couple of blocks from the store, and about 5min from the school. For those headed to Burns for sports, I highly recommend this location! We only needed to stay over night but a longer stay would be more than recommended. Also, you'll see some reviews that mention the tree bugs. Eastern Oregon is home to harmless tree bugs. They come out when the weather is nice. The house didn't have them when we stayed but as it was a nice day when we left they might be coming out. Thank you Ashley for a wonderful place to stay.

I was visiting for a new job..stayed at Ashley's to get familiar with the area. I LOVE her cute, cozy little place. it has everything you could want, it's charming, comfortable, and oh so cozy. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Old house, but absolutely charming. It was so cute inside and decorated in such a way it made us feel like we were in our own home. There was everything we needed down to a popcorn bucket in the kitchen. Everything was clean and well cared for. This is definitely a house that we will stay in again and again.

The Cozy Nest was darling! Cute, clean and comfortable. Ashley was quick to respond to my questions. I spotted her in the grocery store and she was just as sweet in person as she was online! :o) We enjoyed all the yummy snacks and chocolates Ashley left for us. Book this home with confidence.... Great place to stay in burns!

This is our second stay at Ashley’s home. The house is spacious, clean, excellent layout, centrally located, and a very comfortable, inviting space, for us and our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of nice touches throughout. I appreciate Ashley’s choice to use Grove environmentally-kind cleaning products. We were VERY comfortable in these accommodations, as with last visit. Ashley’s a responsive, friendly host, and this is a destination we plan on returning to, because we have more to see in and around Burns!

The cozy nest was exactly that; cozy. It was warm and inviting. It had a cute lemon themed kitchen that I personally enjoyed quite a bit. It had a lovely little porch that was perfect for chilling on and drinking my morning coffee. Washer and dryer in unit for small loads was a lifesaver. Had so many amazing amenities that made my stay carefree and breezy. And have I mentioned the queen bed? The most comfortable bed in an Airbnb that I have slept in. Ashley herself was an absolute peach and William was also really great. I can say with absolute delight and certainty that I will be visiting the cozy nest again. Thank you Ashley and William for hosting me in your lovely little slice of heaven.

This place was just what we were looking for while we were visiting the area…clean, comfortable for a good price. The kitchen and bath were especially well-appointed with thoughtful items that we don’t always see elsewhere. We also appreciated the “Fire TV”, given the lack of television channels available in the area.

Ashley’s dog friendly Airbnb is cozy and located close to the hot spring. We loved our stay!

Exactly as posted. Ashley was very quick to respond. House was very cute and felt like I was at my grandparents as a child. Aside from neighbors towards “A” street being noisy early risers and the truck/car doors slamming later evening and early morning it was a very peaceful stay. House was clean, and did NOT smell like cigarettes as posted in other reviews. That was a direct question we had to ask prior to our stay due to allergies. Was extremely pleased that it was in fact smell free. Loved that we could walk to the store and get o the coffee hut. Only minor inconvenience was the tv in the room being right next to the bed so it wasn’t a comforter watch and Saturday it wouldn’t load or connect to wifi. Otherwise there’s no complaints. It was a perfect visit.

I had a work trip to Burns. Ashley's place is everything I needed. Nice yard for dog, lots of little extras around house. This place would also be great for families.

This was a helpful spot to rest for a night on our way through Oregon. It's rustic, but clean and restful, and Ashley was great to work with!

Serious bug issue that needs to be addressed, they fall on your face as you *attempt* to sleep. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Porch seems unstable and is falling away from the home itself. Do not rent if you have any type of mobility issues.

Great place to stay. I stayed a couple days do to having family and grandkids in the area they were able to come visit. But I would recommend maybe a couple of board games or card games for entertainment. Other then that great place.

This was a cute little house to stay in. There aren’t a whole lot of options in Burns. There was a weird smell in the house like an old smoker. There were little bugs all over the bathroom and bed room with queen size bed in it. An alarm went off at midnight the first night we stayed. It was not an uncomfortable stay but if I am paying a cleaning fee then the place better be clean and smell better.
